Geir Kvernmo is hired as new President and CEO of Miller and Company, and Chemalloy.

Nizi International announces the selection of Geir Kvernmo for the position as President and CEO for Miller and Company, as well as President and CEO for the Chemalloy Company.
Mr Kvernmo has a vast career in the metals business, i.a. as President for Elkem Metals Company and VP/GM roles for Sapa Extrusions North America, and brings the group a broad background in safety, sales, marketing, manufacturing, financing, as well as M&A.
